Welcome to the Terms of Use ("Terms") of Funplay ("Funplay," "we," or "our"). Funplay is a gaming portal established in accordance with applicable laws, dedicated to the creation and distribution of HTML5 games for websites and mobile applications. These games are either developed by us or provided by independent developers who sell or license their HTML5 games to us. By accessing or using the Funplay Portal (as described below), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Your agreement with us is governed by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy (collectively referred to as the "Agreement"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Portal. By accessing or using the Portal, you irrevocably accept the Agreement and commit to complying with it (as updated periodically).

PROHIBITIONS
You agree not to use the Portal for any illegal or prohibited purposes under these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Fraud or deceptive activities;
• Unauthorized access to data not intended for the User, or logging into a server or account without authorization;
• Attempting to scan, test, or compromise the vulnerability of a system or network, or bypassing security or authentication measures without authorization;
• Interfering with the service provided to any User, host, or network, including, but not limited to, sending viruses, overloading, "flooding," "spamming," "mail bombing," or "crashing";
• Sending unsolicited emails, including promotions and/or advertisements for products or services;
• Forging TCP/IP packet headers or any part of the header information in an email or posting;
• Any action that violates system or network security, which may result in civil or criminal liability.
If Funplay suspends or terminates your access to the Portal, you must not attempt to access it without prior written authorization from Funplay.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. Funplay’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right. Section headings are provided for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Funplay regarding the use of the Portal, superseding any prior agreements on this subject. Funplay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided through the Portal or via email.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. You agree that any dispute or claim related to the use of the Portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
